I think it's great to have a body in every school position. With that being said, when it comes to Autism Clusters, or ESE environments, we need staff that is prepared to take on the ability to use their skills for our ESE students to reach their full potential. What you're creating is future turnover. It's time to incentivize our ESE teachers with either a raise, stipend, or all of the above. Let's start getting and retaining qualified teachers for our ESE students.
