If the current Chair is not being retained, I support Debbi Hixon as Chair of the School Board- she has a strong reputation of supporting our students and staff, going as far as visiting each school in the county. Her commitment to our District is unmatched!

I would like to give my support for Debbi Hixon as Chair. Debbi has proven to be fair, just, and leads with integrity. She is kind and respectful to others. I believe she is a shining example of good leadership.

Tory Alston's as school board chair demonstrated exceptional leadership. Under his guidance, meetings ran seamlessly, fostering an environment of order and efficiency. Speakers felt more heard, contributing to a well-managed and productive decision-making process. Alston's experience significantly enhanced the overall effectiveness of the school board during his term. Please vote Tory Alston for chair.

I look forward to the next Chair and Vice Chair appointments. The district needs leadership that can efficiently facilitate meetings. Torey Alston was a great Chair for that reason and was able to offer creative compromises to the board. The chair and vice Chair should be board members that are present and active within meetings.
