To create a safe space for our students in their classrooms, it is imperative for all teachers to successfully complete Cultural Sensitivity Training as well as Implicit Bias training. These trainings should be compulsory for continuation of teaching and for newly hired teachers in a school district that is proud of its diverse student body.
