District needs to minimize travel. Send one to two reps if any at all and have them represent all 9 board members (kinda a train the trainer model). Also do minimum hotel stay (say 2-3) and if stay additional night pay at own expense. It's time to cut expenses to bare minimum. if not ban travel totally for all employees of SBBC. stop wasting tax payer funds.
