The Employee Corrective Actions section must include **every staff member involved in my son’s case, not just one employee.** Parents deserve transparency about what was reviewed, what was substantiated, and what corrective action was taken.

**Raymond Moncato (Paraprofessional):** My son was placed in his care, and concerns were raised regarding physical restraint, isolation, and the events documented in reports. Classroom video later raised questions about the accuracy of those reports. He was ultimately terminated.

**Rachel Opper (ESE Teacher):** According to the police report, she was listed as a witness to the alleged incident involving my son. Video evidence later contradicted key details of what was reported. She was also associated with ABC data documenting behaviors on dates and times my son was reportedly not on campus. I was not informed of behavioral threat assessments, and communication regarding my son’s daily experiences was limited.

**Eric Gonzalez (Autism Coach):** Concerns were raised regarding his involvement in behavioral interventions, numerous documents listing behaviors on dates and times my son was not on campus, and the handling of safety concerns. I requested investigations into concerns my son reported, yet questions remain about oversight and accountability.

**Victoria Kornhauser (Assistant Principal):** Concerns were raised regarding communication with the family, multiple behavioral threat assessments conducted without parent notification, and the handling of incidents involving my son.

**Teresita Miranda (Principal):** As the school leader, accountability must include what administrative oversight occurred, how concerns were investigated, and why parents were not properly informed.

**Rojenna Pretzfeld (ESE Specialist) and district personnel involved:** The review must examine whether special education procedures, documentation requirements, parent communication, and student protections were properly followed.

This was not a failure by one person alone. A system failed to provide my autistic child with the transparency, protection, and accountability he deserved. Corrective action must address **every person involved and every failure that occurred.
