I fully support this effort

I support the Sistrunk Rising Project and encourage a YES vote to keep this important initiative moving forward. Creating affordable housing for teachers and school staff, generating revenue for the District, and bringing new life to the vacant North Fork campus are all worthwhile investments in our community.

I encourage the District to finalize negotiations, present the proposed terms at the next workshop, and bring the final agreement forward for a vote at the next meeting. Let's keep this project moving forward and see it through to completion.

Please keep this initiative moving forward. If we are going to close schools, let's build homes that people can afford and bring down the percentage people put towards their home to 30% of their income instead of 50%+.

All of the people that work in our schools deserve affordable and adequate housing that is below 80% AMI.

Although North Fork elementary has closed, the site should still be utilized to benefit the public. Please don’t turn the site into another inaccessible property for the majority of residents in this county. Please also consider during next negotiations to increase the number of units and townhomes available for individuals earning between 30-50% Ami
